Hi, I'm Emma.

For over 25 years, yoga has been far more than movement to me. It has been a lifelong exploration of how we move through the world with greater strength, freedom, presence, and joy. My intention has always been to create experiences that leave people feeling not only physically transformed, but deeply connected to themselves.

I am based at Love Supreme Projects in London, where I teach Jivamukti Yoga and share a practice that weaves together dynamic movement, music, philosophy, meditation and breath. Alongside my weekly classes, I teach internationally through retreats, workshops, teacher trainings, corporate wellbeing programmes and private coaching.

Influenced by my background in dance and my lifelong love of music, my classes are known for their intelligent sequencing, carefully curated soundtracks and playful choreography. I believe music has the power to transform a practice, creating an atmosphere that allows students to move with freedom, curiosity and a sense of joy. Every class is designed as an immersive experience, challenging yet accessible, uplifting yet grounding.

My yoga journey began in the mid-1990s in Mysore, India, where I studied Ashtanga Yoga with Pattabhi Jois. It was later in New York that I discovered Jivamukti Yoga, studying directly with its founders, Sharon Gannon and David Life. I was immediately drawn to its unique integration of dynamic physical practice, ancient yogic philosophy, meditation, music, compassion and devotion - a path that continues to inspire both my teaching and my life.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving as Director of Yoga at triyoga London and now teach as an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and facilitator for the Jivamukti 300-Hour Teacher Training, where I mentor and support the next generation of teachers while continuing to deepen my own practice and studies.

My teaching has been further enriched through specialist training in Yin Yoga and Yoga for Cancer, allowing me to work confidently with students at every stage of life, from physically demanding, dynamic practices to gentle, restorative, and therapeutic yoga. I also work closely with athletes, using yoga to improve mobility, enhance performance, develop resilience and support recovery.

Alongside public classes, I offer private yoga tuition, meditation, mantra and chanting, retreats, workshops, and bespoke wellbeing experiences for individuals, brands, and organisations. I also curate music for wellness events, restaurants and companies, creating soundscapes that deepen connection and elevate every experience.

Whether I am teaching a full studio, leading an international retreat, mentoring teachers, supporting an athlete, or guiding someone through their very first yoga class, my intention remains the same: to help people move with greater ease, cultivate presence and discover that yoga is not simply something we practise, it is a way of living.

Bringing the wisdom of ancient yoga teachings to modern life and sharing the love of yoga.
