After practicing Ashtanga in Mysore, India with Pattabhi Jois in the mid 90’s, it was in New York that Emma discovered her calling, in Jivamukti yoga. Falling in love with this dynamic practice, steeped in yoga philosophy, Emma has since become one of the community’s advanced teachers and the lead UK facilitator for their 300hr trainings.
Influenced by her background in dance, Emma’s innovative classes fuse playful choreography and eclectic soundtracks with deep understanding of anatomy, alignment and the subtle body. Previously the director of yoga at triyoga London, Emma is based at Love Supreme Projects, London, where she teaches. You’ll find Emma hosting retreats, in stunning worldwide locations, and teaching workshops and trainings globally. Emma’s expertise has been sought after in the world of entertainment, including working on film productions such as The Legend of Tarzan and Cats, where she worked alongside esteemed choreographer Wayne McGregor.
